Splinter Groups & Parties
Restore Britain
Formed by Reform UK councillors who were expelled or resigned following the May 2025 local elections. Primarily active in the East Midlands and Yorkshire. Describes itself as 'Reform without the chaos' — retaining similar policy positions but with a focus on local governance.
Advance UK
REGISTERED PARTYRegistered as a political party with the Electoral Commission. Positioned as a more moderate right-wing alternative to Reform UK, explicitly distancing itself from Farage's leadership style. Has contested two council by-elections, receiving 3–5% of the vote.
Reform UK Independents
Not a formal party — the largest single category of Reform UK departures. Councillors who have left Reform UK and now sit as independents, often retaining similar policy positions but no longer subject to party discipline. Some have formed informal local groupings.
