A public, timestamped log of every correction, data update, and revision made to this dashboard. This log is the operational proof of our corrections policy, as stated in the Methodology page. Nothing is deleted — only corrected and documented.
When we make an error, we correct it promptly and log it here with full transparency. We do not silently edit pages. Every correction includes: the date, the module affected, what changed, and the source that prompted the change. If you believe any data on this site is incorrect, please contact us with a primary source — we will investigate and update within 48 hours.
