Our Corrections Policy

When we make an error, we correct it promptly and log it here with full transparency. We do not silently edit pages. Every correction includes: the date, the module affected, what changed, and the source that prompted the change. If you believe any data on this site is incorrect, please contact us with a primary source — we will investigate and update within 48 hours.
